MSI Remodeling Manager - Brad Howell
Brad was born and raised in Morris County, New Jersey and has been part of the MSI family since 1991. He started as a summer helper during college and, after graduation, joined the team full time.
Over the past 35 years, Brad has played a vital role in growing every part of our company, from remodeling to plumbing to HVAC. He also holds his New Jersey HVAC license and brings a deep understanding of both mechanical and construction systems to every project.
Brad is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his commitment to constant, clear communication. His customers trust him because he listens, explains options thoroughly, anticipates challenges before they happen, and manages projects with professionalism and care.
Whether it’s a full remodel or a small upgrade, Brad ensures every space is finished beautifully and built to last, not just impress.
Outside of work, Brad loves to snow ski and spends as much time as he can outdoors. He also has a special place in his heart for his bright yellow 1967 Camaro, which he proudly maintains with the same dedication he brings to his work.
