MSI Terms of Service

1. Appointment Confirmation
Your booking request will be reviewed and confirmed by our office. Appointment times are approximate and may be adjusted based on technician availability, location, or emergency calls. We’ll notify you promptly of any changes.

2. Dispatch / Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic dispatch fee (including tax) applies to most service appointments. This fee covers travel and the technician’s time to diagnose your system and provide repair options. The fee is waived for active MSI Protection Plan Members.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee equal to the dispatch charge.

4. Flat-Rate Pricing and Work Authorization
MSI is a flat-rate company. After diagnosis, our technician will review the recommended repairs and their prices with you before any work begins. No additional work will be performed without your approval. Payment is due upon completion of the authorized work.

5. Materials and Warranties
MSI provides a warranty on materials and labor for company-supplied parts as outlined in our warranty terms. Customer-supplied materials are installed at the customer’s own risk and are not warrantied for performance or defects.

6. Access and Safety Requirements
A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be present for the duration of the appointment. The customer is responsible for providing safe access to all equipment, including clear pathways and working utilities (electricity, gas, water).

7. Liability and Limitations
MSI is not responsible for preexisting system issues, manufacturer defects, or damages resulting from factors outside our control. Warranty coverage applies only to completed, paid work using MSI-supplied materials.

8. Communication Consent
By booking, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications via text, phone call, or email. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

9. Privacy
Your personal information is used only for scheduling, communication, and service delivery. MSI does not sell or share customer data.
