- no dispatch or diagnosis fee for plumbing service calls during regular hours (normally $95)
- 15% member discount on pricebook plumbing repairs

- hvac diagnosis: $95 (normally $150)

deduct $140 if home has only heating or only cooling
additional hvac systems: $125 each
