Nothing I write here would do justice to the level of service and care we received from MSI. From start to finish, the communication and the product were incredible. If a career in plumbing doesn't work out, Melissa would make bank as a therapist. She handled my inane ramblings regarding the latest disaster to strike the house with grace and thoughtfulness. She worked through each issue systematically, helping us quickly get on their busy schedule. Rich, who also had an award-winning temperament, deftly handled our situation with precision and confidence. It was a complicated job, but by the time it was all done, not only was everything perfectly working, it was put back together in such a way that you never would have known they were even there (which is saying something, given the amount of digging that occured and the location of that digging). True mastery of craft and planning! I might add that Rich and MSI were also fair. When we encountered some unforeseen circumstances, I thought for sure we were in for it. Rich made a dozen calls with a variety of professionals, talked through the issue with me, and in the end, an issue that I thought would have added weeks to our timeline was resolved within a day.

As a needy customer, I know full well I'm demanding and a lot to handle. MSI never made me feel like a bother. They went above and beyond the call of duty, treating our home as if it were theirs. Really, truly, extremely grateful. THANK YOU TO MSI!

MSI, team of Brad, Jason and Thomas, handled a complex deck remodel this summer. The carpentry work was professionally handled, with all problems addressed after discussion with us. Results were perfect with job clean up every day.Highly recommended, will use for future projects.

MSI Plumbing & Remodeling did an awesome job on my remodeled bathroom. I absolutely love it! Chris M and Jason were here every day, on time and worked continuously all day. Brad helped continuously throughout the job with his advice and suggestions. He and Melissa were always available by phone when I needed them. Brad put me in touch with tile and plumbing fixture people who helped me make elegant choices at reasonable prices. From start to finish the entire experience was wonderful!

MSI WAS AWESOME! My last issue was the water main valve leaking. They were here in a heartbeat and coordinated everything. Them knowing all the people from the public water service made this easier for them and myself. Their install was great with easier future access if needed. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. A+++

Call them!! Working with MSI is honestly better than having a friend in the business. There’s no reason to ever call anyone else. I trust them completely to get the job done right. Melissa is endlessly helpful with scheduling, diligent about follow-up, and a delight to chat with. Their excellent technicians have been to my late 1970's house several times, fixing or upgrading large & small plumbing issues. They are always prompt, friendly, courteous, efficient, thorough, clean, respectful of home & property. There are never any surprises… a quote is as good as final. I most recently needed to replace a broken exterior cast iron septic drain pipe. My home warranty company could find no one to do this work, but MSI was there for me with the right resources and a reasonable quote. Excavator Bill, along with plumbers Bill and Pete, did an outstanding job! Not only in replacing / improving the entire drain system, but going several extra miles, including cement reinforcement of both end connections to ensure the pipe will not shift again. A friend who was here to observe said simply, “They know what they’re doing.” Landscape disturbance was minimal, restoration excellent, all work completed in less than a full day. I couldn’t be happier!

My great experiences with MSI happen before anyone even gets to my door: the office manager (Melissa) is spectacular and made me feel like my problem mattered personally to her. She’s comforting and understanding, and even though I’m a millennial and don’t call anyone ever, I’m never worried about calling MSI at all (not going to lie, I kind of look forward to it!). This most recent time (for plumbing) Roy and Matt showed up exactly on time and were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and reassuring. Before this, Zack came to look at my HVAC and was the same way! They really do hire the best. PLUS they don’t make you feel like an idiot for calling them; they never condescend or belittle, and are always willing to educate. CHOOSE MSI!! You will not be disappointed!! As a side note, they have automated text alerts and reminders which are super convenient too!

We hired MSI to correct/finish our Jado sink faucet that needed work. From the very outset, Melissa-who was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable connected us with the correct replacement parts for our Jado faucet, we were already in good hands.( Omg!....they do make parts for our sink!!! )(Prior plumber said no parts were available for our faucet... Just replace it entirely...ugh!) The arrival ace team, namely, Matt and Roy were just awesome! Very experienced and thorough and communicative. They stop and tell you what they are doing and why...unbelievable. We now have running water in our sink and our vanity is correctly attached to the wall. Nice guys!! Great job! Importantly from the very initial point of contact, Melissa, to the finished work culminating in hot and cold running water....awesome job. Thanks to all at MSI Plumbing and Heating. The water is now running and we did not have to replace and purchase a new one!!!!

Adam, Thomas, and Chris M did a fabulous job on my bathroom remodel. The work was meticulous and the final product is absolutely beautiful. The fellas were on time daily and even cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for our next project.
